We know that when Christ comes we will be like Him because we will see Him as He really is.  1 John 3:2
Dear Heavenly Father,  The ultimate day of reckoning or the reality of realities will be when Jesus returns.  What a day it will be when there is no faking, no manipulation, no chicanery, and no doubts about truth.  In my imagination I think of that being a glorious time when reality is the feedback we have always craved.  That reality will be supplied by Jesus’s manifested presence on this earth.  Thank You for this divine hope and in Jesus’ precious name, I pray.  Amen.

I no longer call you servants, but I call you friends. John 15:15
Dear Father in Heaven,  To have You as a friend beats all other friendships.  Your faithfulness and tenacity of character is a blessing and an inspiration of hope for my continuous well being.  Father, please help me with my situation with yesterday’s atmosphere.  In my mind, if I lived in a surrounding like that, I would run away.  I’m not designed to be an also ran or simply tolerated.  It’s a heart and mind-wrenching situation to be somewhere and not recognized as a full player.  I know You have a solution to my feelings and the first thing that jumps at me is I am not my feelings and no person or persons have the power to minimize me.  The only way that happens is if I give my position and condition in You away.  Please forgive me for doing that yesterday and part of today.  I am a man of God, not some mere mortal subject to petty human foolishness.  It’s amazing how You can influence my perspective right in the middle of a sentence.  I suppose that is what a true friend is all about.  You are all I need and You are awesome.  In Jesus’ wonderful name, I give thanks and pray.  Amen
